National News- Tennessee Man Smokes Joint In Court While Discussing Possession Charge

Wilson County Tennessee- According to a report by (MSMV) 20 year old Spencer Boston was summoned to court to discuss his recent posession charge and the need to legalize marijuana. While in the meeting with judge Haywood Barry, Spencer reached into his pocket and pulled out a rolled marijuana cigarette (joint). He placed it between his lips, got a pack of matches from his pocket and lit the joint.

The smell of marijuana quickly filled the court room and the crowd of people erupted with laughter, disrupting the daily normalcy.
Spencer Boston was quickly taken into custody, charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession.

According to other reports, the charge of contempt of court was later added.
