Grove City – A new Hampton Inn is being proposed in Grove city that will include a Starbucks and another vendor not announced.
According to Grove City Government, the plans were submitted in June of 2022. The project named Indus Hotels and Stringtown Marlane Retail Center will be built on 2.9 acres of land located close to the Marlene drive and Stringtown intersection.
The location will be a five-story Hampton inn with a total of 15,570 square feet, towards the back of the property, and a two-unit 5,170 square foot retail center at 1849 Stringtown Road, one of those units will be a Starbucks with a drive-thru.
Access to the property will be through Marlane drive and through the existing Waffle house location.
