Nina M. Hook, age 86, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Mayfair Village Nursing Center in care of Kindred Hospice. She was born May 20, 1931 in Columbus, Ohio to William and Emma Landis. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her two children Bobbie Crouse and Myles (Melissa) Hook, her five grandchildren Fallon (Jeff) Haug, Jamie Crouse, Myles (Jordan) Hook, Brandon Hook and Timothy (Ashley) Hook, her eight great grandchildren Logan, Camryn, Kellen, Carter, Chasnie, Christopher, Laurel and Madeline.
- Advertisement -Nina worked at Westinghouse in Columbus, Ohio for 27 years until she retired at the age of 60 to help take care of her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family and was an active member in her church for many years. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Monday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH; where funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday. Interment Alton Cemetery.
