UPDATE: A arrest warrant rent was issued for two women after they were caught shooting BB guns at homeless this week.
Brittany and Kelsey Hopper turned themselves into Police a little after noon today. The sisters are accused of droving around OTR/Downtown Cincinnati in the early morning hours of 6/3/21 shooting defenseless people with a BB gun, including people experiencing homelessness.
There was a third person in the vehicle with the two women, but it is unknown if they will also face charges.
