Columus OH- Last night, February 13, 2020 around 9pm, the victim allowed her ex-boyfriend who was outside retrieving his property, to come inside her Linden home.
They hung out for a while but then an argument broke out.
58-year-old Lonnie Hollingsworth held the victim at knife point and demanded money. The victim’s pit bulls began attacking Hollingsworth who, in turn, stabbed the dogs.
The dogs retreated to a back room and the victim handed Hollingsworth cash. The dogs returned & Hollingsworth began hitting them with a pot allowing the victim to escape.
Officers located Hollingsworth a short time later. Luckily the victim only suffered minor injuries.
Hollingsworth was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery. At last check the dogs were expected to survive.
