CHILLICOTHE – A high-speed chase ended in one person charged, and one person with possible pending charges.
According to the Chillicothe police department on October 21, 2021, a traffic stop was conducted on a reckless motor vehicle. The motorist Rylan Campos failed to comply with the signal of a law enforcement officer and while doing so, the passenger was throwing illegal contraband from the fleeing
vehicle.
The vehicle came to a stop at a dead-end property and both subjects were taken into custody without further incident. Rylan was arrested and taken to the Ross County Jail where he was held on bond
The passenger was released on scene and is subject to further
criminal charges based on more investigation.
