One Person in Circleville Shooting Sentenced to Prison, Shooter Indicted

Pickaway County – A man involved in a Shooting that occurred at the Main Street Pub in April has been sentenced to prison.

The incident occurred on April 28, 2024, in the early morning after the Main Street pub was closing after a busy Saturday night. An incident occurred that caused a suspected shooter to pull out a gun and fire several shots into the Pub building a second man was with him when they fled the scene.

Eric Lee Parker of Circleville and Jason Gullion were identified as the suspects, Parker not the man who shot the gun was charged with Complicity to Attempted Murder, the shooter Guillion was charged with attempted Murder.

On May 2, 2024, the United States Marshals Service, Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team Task Force successfully located and apprehended Eric Lee Parker who had been hiding out in Morrow County, he was arrested without incident with the assistance of the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken back to Pickaway County where he faced court this week.

Not being the primary shooter, Parker was found guilty of Obstructing Official Business and sentenced to the maximum sentence of 12 months in prison.

The suspected shooter Gullion has been indicted for Attempted Murder.
