CIRCLEVILLE, OH — The Pickaway Common Pleas Court, presided over by Judge P. Randall Knece, addressed several cases on December 24, 2024, involving charges ranging from drug possession to nonsupport of dependents.
Raymond L. Fraley, 45, of Portsmouth, faced charges of nonsupport of dependents. He entered a not guilty plea, with a pretrial scheduled for January 16, 2025.
Christina M. Herron, 41, from Circleville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. The court sentenced her to 36 months in prison, which was suspended, and placed her under three years of community control, including participation in Drug Court.
In another case, Nathan L. Thatcher, 43, of Tarlton, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound. He also received a sentence of 36 months in prison, suspended, and was placed on three years of community control with Drug Court requirements.
All pretrial hearings are set to take place at 1:00 PM. The court continues to prioritize rehabilitation and community control as part of its approach to addressing substance abuse and related offenses.
