
February 19, 2025 – Circleville, OH – The Pickaway County Common Pleas Court, presided over by Judge Matthew H. Chafin, released recent court dispositions, including cases involving drug trafficking, theft, burglary, and child endangerment.
Among the notable cases, Amy J. Rowland, 48, of the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, was granted judicial release after previously being convicted of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. She was placed on three years of community control.
Dallas R. Sollars, 44, currently held at the Pickaway County Jail, pled guilty to multiple charges, including grand theft of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering, and attempted theft. Some of his charges were dismissed, while others await sentencing with a presentence investigation (PSI) ordered.
Similarly, Michelle F. Detty, 51, also housed in the Pickaway County Jail, pled guilty to grand theft of a motor vehicle, with a PSI ordered before sentencing.
Several other cases were continued for future hearings. Lindsey C. Landa, 30, of Franklin, faces charges of illegal conveyance of drugs onto detention facility grounds, while Emalee M. Ayotte, 34, of Orient, pled not guilty to burglary and theft charges. Both cases are scheduled for pre-trial hearings on March 13, 2025.
Two defendants, Jeremy D. Harding Jr., 28, of Circleville, and Courtney M. Young, 27, of Circleville, face multiple counts of child endangerment. Both pled not guilty, and their cases were continued for pre-trial hearings on March 13, 2025.
The court proceedings highlight ongoing legal actions in Pickaway County, with multiple cases moving toward sentencing or trial. Authorities continue to process cases to ensure justice is served in the community.
