Pickaway County Common Pleas Court Sees Multiple Defendants in Recent Hearings

CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The Court of Common Pleas, presided over by Judge P. Randall Knece, held a session recently addressing various charges against multiple defendants.

Among those appearing in court was Che G. Brown, 44, of Columbus, who faces charges of burglary and grand theft. Brown pleaded not guilty, with a pretrial hearing set for November 8.

Jennifer Buckler, 41, of Orient, is also facing significant charges, including grand theft and Medicaid eligibility fraud. Buckler entered a not guilty plea, and her pretrial is scheduled for the same date.

Thomas A. Coverdale, 58, from Columbus, has been charged with receiving stolen property on two counts. He too pleaded not guilty, with a pretrial hearing set for November 8.

Donald T. Francis, 55, currently held at Pickaway County Jail, is dealing with an extradition request from Franklin County, Texas, for a probation violation. He waived extradition and has been ordered to return to Texas.

Elizabeth A. Glover, 43, from McArthur, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control related to theft. She has been ordered to complete six months at a Community-Based Correctional Facility (CBCF).

Charles M. Mazurek, 19, of Circleville, faces charges of arson and vandalism, entering a not guilty plea with a pretrial hearing set for November 8.

Deana Pasztor, 53, from Bridgeport, is charged with burglary and has pleaded guilty. A presentence investigation (PSI) has been ordered.

Teegan M. Rainey, 22, from Columbus, is charged with receiving stolen property and has also pleaded guilty, with a PSI ordered.

Jonnie L. Sexton, 46, currently at Pickaway County Jail, faces charges of domestic violence and having weapons under disability. Sexton pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 36 months in prison.

All pretrial hearings are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on November 8.
