PICKAWAY COUNTY, OH – The Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas, under Judge P. Randall Knece, has issued several notable rulings during the recent court session. Here’s a summary of the decisions rendered:
- Cheyanne N. Clyne, 29, of Columbus, was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended, and 3 years of community control for possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
- Sabrina M. Coltey, 38, of Bloomingburg, received a sentence of 12 months in prison, suspended, along with 3 years of community control and 6 months at a Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF) for breaking and entering.
- Robert E. Davis II, 39, of Circleville, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for violations of community control, including nonsupport of dependents and trespassing in a habitation.
- John Graves, 45, of Circleville, was ordered to participate in a 3-year intervention program and a PARS inpatient program for aggravated possession of drugs.
- Jonathan M. Lane, 20, of Williamsport, faces pretrial hearings on October 11, 2024, for charges including rape (x2), importuning, gross sexual imposition, and unlawful sexual imposition.
- Matthew S. Morgan, 70, of Ashville, will serve 3 years in intervention and follow treatment prescribed by the probation department for permitting drug abuse.
- Tilena K. Owsley, 44, of McArthur, was sentenced to 6 months at a CBCF for a violation of community control related to aggravated possession of drugs.
- Jaavon A.T. Philpot, 25, of Columbus, received a sentence of 24 months in prison, suspended, with 3 years of community control and 6 months at a CBCF for a violation of community control.
- Nicole D. Ross, 42, of Orient, was found not competent to stand trial for felonious assault and has been ordered to undergo treatment at KOSAR inpatient facility to restore competency.
