A two vehicle crash occurred on OH-104 at approximately 5:20p this evening.
The driver of a southbound Ford F-150 attempted to pass traffic just north of West Ford Rd striking an Amazon delivery vehicle. The pickup truck left the roadway and struck a natural gas line before coming to a rest on its side in a residential area.

According to a witness, the driver of the pickup fled east on foot towards the Scioto River with facial injuries. The Amazon driver did not suffer any injuries.
A helicopter from the Ohio State Highway patrol was dispatched to assist in the search for the driver.

As of 7:30p OH-104 remains closed in both directions between OH-316 and Commercial Point Rd as the investigation continues.
