New Holland – A 22-year-old man was arrested in Pickaway County and then transported to Hocking County where he was booked into the system for four counts of sexual imposition.
According to New Holland Police department, on 12/08/22 they found 22-year-old Mathieu Blair in the village where he was arrested. Blair had four outstanding warrants against his person. Two felony 3 warrants for Gross Sexual imposition, and Two felony 4 warrants for Gross Sexual imposition. After being arrested he was transported to Hocking County where the charges came from and were booked into jail.
While the details of these charges have not yet been released, Gorss Sexual imposition is defined as No person shall have sexual contact with another, not the spouse of the offender; cause another, not the spouse of the offender, to have sexual contact with the offender; or cause two or more other persons to have sexual contact. Felony 3 only applies when forced or the person is under 13 years of age.
