Pickaway County – A woman was arrested after going on a shopping spree at Goodwill
On July 12, 2023, Pickaway County Sheriff responded to Goodwill on US-23 after a suspect left the store with a cart full of goods. When deputies arrived employees told police that a woman had come in with her own grocery cart, went through the isles filling up clothes and other items before heading to the front door. When employees attempted to stop the woman she threatened them and attacked them. On the way out she claimed her, “boyfriend is going to come back and kick your ass.”
Deputies caught up with 29-year-old Lyndsey Pyle heading across the parking lot, when they attempted to contact her, she ran. After a short run, she fell to the ground and deputies had to tackle her to handcuff her.
Lindsey was charged with robbery, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, two assault charges, and theft. She is currently in Pickaway County jail
