PIKE – Pike county Agricultural directors have made the decision to go “full fair” this year after many counties have shut down fairs or offered Jr fair only.
“It is with great pleasure that to release this statement today,” said Pike County Directors, we have developed a plan to be able to have a full fair for 2020.”
According to a press release from the Fair, the Directors sought help from Pike HealthCommissioner Matt Brewster and developed a plan to make the full fair happen.
“It will take more work for all involved, but we look for this fair to be as close to normal as possible with social distancing being highly encouraged.”
The fair said that they will have hand wash/sanitation stations will be readily available throughout the fairgrounds.
A full list of safety measures will be release as we get closer to the fair.
