Three YMCA gymnasts place at The Arnold

Three gymnasts from the Pickaway County Family YMCA team placed Friday after competing in the gymnastics challenge at the Arnold Sports Festival 2015 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Lillian Schmidt placed 11th all around; Kylie Wohnhas placed 9th on the vault and 14th all around; and Caitie Ward placed 18th all around at the competition.

Schmidt and Beth Harlan, the gymnastic team head coach and program coordinator at the Pickaway County Family YMCA, also got to meet Dominique Moceanu, 1996 Olympic Gymnastics Team member, at the event.

Additional members of the YMCA gymnastics team are competing Saturday and Sunday at The Arnold.
