The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Danny R. Bentley, 57, of Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. Intervention was continued.

– Tommy A. Craft Sr., 41, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of community control.

– Bradley Fullen, 34, of Ringgold Southern Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. His case will be set for a hearing.

– Blane R. Hardin, 24, of Ringgold Northern Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to attempted illegal assembly of chemicals and aggravated possession of drugs. Hardin was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Denise Reed, 26, of Greenfield, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Marysville.

– Cody J. Spears, 20, of Kentucky, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Spears will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Kelly D. Stanley, 36, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to robbery and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Reuben L. Joyner, 54, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 20 years in state prison (11 mandatory) and five years of post-release control.

– Donald E. Cassady, 45, of Matville Road, Orient, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and theft. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient.

– Reshawn A. Dunning, 31, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, two counts of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Michael S. Eversole, 27, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to complete a halfway house program.

– Kimberly R. Fannin, 32, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Timothy A. Francis Jr., 29, of Sunshine Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Matthew L. Klemper, 33, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering, theft and theft of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Tayuan N. Arrington, 18, of Dayton, pleaded guilty to felonious assault. He was sentenced to three years in state prison at Orient.

– Russell M. Burris, 18, of Villa Drive, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to burglary, safecracking and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Steven E. Clifton, 42, of Commercial Point Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Winifred B. Davis, 47, of Miller Avenue, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– David B. Hanshaw, 25, of Sisk Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to escape. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Alexis M. Harrell, 21, of York Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Nikki L. Herron, 30, of West Water Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Elizabeth R. Hill, 34, of Grove City, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– James A. Koon Jr., 36, of Corning, pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Michael J. Murphy, 56, of South East Street, New Holland, pleaded not guilty to two counts of having unlawful interest in a public contract. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.

– Brian D. Speakman, 48, of Tarlton Adelphi Road, Laurelville, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 12.
