January 25

– An employee of 56 Auto Sales on U.S. Route 23 reported a snow plow set-up was taken from the property. A report was taken on theft.

January 26

– Matthew L. Klempner was arrested on an indictment for the original charges of two counts of breaking and entering, theft and theft of a motor vehicle.

– Donald E. Cassidy was arrested on an indictment for the original charges of breaking and entering and theft.

– Reashawn A. Dunning was arrested on an indictment for the original charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity with specification, trafficking in cocaine with specification, trafficking in cocaine and two counts of trafficking in heroin.

– Bradley M. Fullen was arrested for a violation of probation for original charge of possession of heroin.

January 28

– A resident on East Front Street, New Holland, reported getting unwanted texts from a relative. A report was taken on telephone harassment.

– A resident in the 12700 block of U.S. Route 62 reported her car was damaged with what looked like a BB. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A caller reported his storage locker in the 100 block of East Front Street, New Holland, had the lock cut off and several items were missing. A report was taken on theft.

– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Silver Maple Drive, Commercial Point. No charges were filed.

– Deputies responded to an activated alarm in the 200 block of South Main Street, New Holland.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 9000 block of Rhode Island Way, Orient.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 100 block of Pleasant Street, Tarlton.

– Wayne Bensonhaver, 50, of Circleville, advised he was making a left turn onto South Court Street at the same time Susan Beckley, 72, of Circleville, was making a left turn, and both vehicles struck on the right front bumper. No injuries were reported.

– Jamie A. Sharb was arrested for failure to appear for original charge of ALS suspension.

January 29

– A resident in the 21600 block of Bolender Pontius Road reported an unknown person had used his bank information to purchase items. A report was taken on identity theft.

– A resident in the 20600 block of Greist Road reported his vehicle was stolen while it was being worked on. A report was taken on theft. The vehicle was later returned to its owner.

– An employee reported a suspect had placed a candle in her purse. A report was taken on theft, but no arrest has been made at this time.

– An employee at Walmart reported a male was seen taking watches from the store. No charges have been filed at this time.

– Several stolen items were recovered in the 11900 block of Commercial Point Road.

– A resident on West Front Street, New Holland, reported her house was egged. A report was taken on criminal mischief.

– Deputies responded to reports of an assault in the 4000 block of Duvall Road. Neither victim wanted to pursue charges.

– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 9000 block of U.S. Route 62. No charges were filed.

– An employee of Rivers Edge Auto Sales on state Route 104 reported a breaking and entering at the business. Nothing was reported missing.

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762 East reported an unknown suspect forced entry into the residence, taking several items. A report was taken on burglary.

– Deputies responded to reports of a disabled vehicle on U.S. Route near Orr Road, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 12000 block of Graham Drive, Orient.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person at Walmart on South Court Street.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 8900 block of state Route 316, Orient.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a juvenile in the 100 block of Island Road, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the 13000 block of London Road, Orient.

– Deputies responded to reports of a structure fire in the 7000 block of Mound Street, Orient.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 16000 block of London Road, Orient.

– A 17-year-old juvenile from Circleville advised he was traveling southbound on Stoutsville Pike and was unable to stop for a stop sign when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Craig Donnelly, 53, of Lancaster. No injuries were reported.

– Kelley D. Stanley was arrested on an indictment for the original charge of robbery.

January 30

– A resident in the 300 block of Cherokee Drive reported a suspect entered the home through an unlocked garage door and took several items. A report was taken on burglary.

– An employee at Rivers Edge Auto Sales on state Route 104 reported the attempted theft of a motor vehicle.

– A property owner at McLean Mill Road and the Darby Creek Bridge reported someone told him a vehicle was on the property. The vehicle was gone before the deputy arrived. A report was taken on trespassing.

– A resident in the 10400 block of state Route 56 reported her son damaged her TV. Charges of criminal damaging are pending.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 15000 block of Blain Road, Mt. Sterling.

– Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person on South Court Street, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 600 block of South Water Street, Williamsport.

– Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Cherry Tree Lane, Commercial Point.

– Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 9400 block of Picway Road, Lockbourne.

– Charles Stephenson, 50, of Ashville, was traveling southbound on state Route 104 when his vehicle went off the roadway and struck a guardrail. No injuries were reported.

– Steve Clemmons, 43, of Chillicothe, was traveling southbound on U.S. Route 23 and reported he did not see a vehicle driven by Johnnie Seymour, 73, of Ashville, slowing down, and he struck the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

– Ryan P. Wurtzel was arrested for a violation of probation for original charge of non-support of dependents.

– Jamie S. Sherman was arrested for failure to appear for original charge of driving under suspension.

January 31

– A resident in the 8700 block of state Route 138 reported her mailbox was set on fire. A report was taken on arson.

– A resident in the 1800 block of Chippewa Drive reported her medication had been taken from the residence. A report was taken on burglary.

– A resident in the 8400 block of Stout Road reported their mailbox was damaged. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 23600 block of Huber Hitler Road reported their mailbox was taken off the post and thrown in the driveway. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

– A resident in the 7300 block of Darby Road reported he had packages shipped to his residence and one was missing. A report was taken on theft.

– Heath Martin, 18, of Circleville, was arrested and charged with stealing shoes from Walmart. A juvenile male also was accused of stealing shoes and was released to an adult.

– A resident in the 13400 block of Hoover Road reported an unknown person threw billiard balls at the residence, breaking a window. A report was taken on vandalism.

– Deputies responded to West Scioto Street, Commercial Point, on a complaint on person.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a vehicle on Cheyenne Drive at Arapaho Drive, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to an animal complaint in the 2100 block of Arapaho Drive, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on juveniles in the 10600 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne.

– Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person in the 15000 block of state Route 104, Ashville.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person on Long Street, Ashville.

– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 24000 block of state Route 104, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 8900 block of state Route 316, Orient.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 1200 block of Lancaster Pike, Circleville.

February 1

– A resident in the 9700 block of state Route 56 East reported his credit card was used to make a purchase. A report was taken on identity fraud.

– A caller reported he had been arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and left his vehicle at U.S. Route 23 and Orr Road. The vehicle was later impounded by the Sheriff’s Office for no tags. The victim stated the tags were stolen from the vehicle while it was parked on the roadside. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 18900 block of London Road reported a tractor was taken from his property. A report was taken on theft.

– Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 10600 block of state Route 762 East, Lockbourne.

– A resident in the 26300 block of Westfall Road reported a trailer and stump grinder had been taken from his property. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 300 block of Central Street, Williamsport, reported his girlfriend had left with his vehicle. A report was taken on unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

– A resident in the 10600 block of state Route 762 East reported her car was stolen. A report was taken on theft. The vehicle was later recovered in Columbus.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on property in the 5000 block of North Walnut Street, Ashville.

– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 7000 block of state Route 56 East, Circleville.

– Deputies performed a well-being check in the 6000 block of Putnam Drive, Circleville.

– Wayne Crabtree, 36, of Washington Court House, was cited for no operator’s license when he struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Jerry Brown, 67, of Washington Court House, on U.S. Route 62. No injuries were reported.

– Matthew Paulini, 45, of Columbus, went off the roadway on U.S. Route 23, went through the median and was struck by a vehicle driven by James McIlhargey, 37, of Circleville, which also caused Sherry Thatcher, 56, of Circleville, Martin Hart, 43, of Chillicothe, and Anthony Combs, 34, of Wheelersburg, to crash. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– Isabel Halley, 63, of Canal Winchester, was cited for assured clear distance ahead when she struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Leanne Hittle, 23, of West Liberty, on U.S. Route 23. Subjects were treated for injuries.

February 2

– A caller reported items were stolen from her unlocked vehicle at Walmart. It was later discovered who took them, and the victim declined to file charges.

– A resident in the 12500 block of Tarlton Road reported several vehicle batteries had been taken from the property. A report was taken on breaking and entering.

– A resident in the 11100 block of Heffner Road, Kingston, reported an incident of menacing.

– An employee at American Wood Fibers on Owens Road reported two males came onto the property and tried to take wood pallets. A report was taken on attempted theft.

– A resident in the 2000 block of Arapaho Drive reported someone came onto the property and damaged and stole items. A report was taken on theft.

– A resident in the 13300 block of Ashville Pike reported her husband’s tools were stolen from his vehicle. A report was taken on theft.

– Deputies responded to an activated alarm in the 5000 block of Bell Station Road, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to reports of an unruly juvenile in the 9000 block of state Route 56 West, Williamsport.

– A deputy took a harassment complaint at the Pickaway County Jail, 600 Island Road, Circleville.

– A deputy responded to reports of telephone harassment in the 20000 block of Justus Road, Williamsport.

– A deputy responded to a dog bite complaint in the 16000 block of London Road, Orient.

– Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 9900 block of Shepherd Road, Lockbourne.

– Deputies responded to a complaint on a person in the 25000 block of Moccasin Road, Laurelville.

– Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Ludwig Drive, Circleville.

– Duy Nguyen, 24, of Westerville, was cited for failure to control when his vehicle went off the side of the roadway on state Route 104, striking a fence and rolling over. No injuries were reported.

– Jeffrey Halley, 54, of Circleville, was traveling westbound on Ludwig Dresbach Road when a deer ran onto the roadway. No injuries were reported.

– Sara Elswick, 40, of East Liberty, advised she failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the roadway, striking two trees. Subjects were treated for injuries.

– Andrew T. Miller was arrested for a violation of probation for original charge of complicity to theft.

– Crystal D. Justice was arrested for failure to appear for original charge of theft.

February 3

– Deputies responded to an activated alarm in the 100 block of Summit Avenue, Circleville.

– Deputies responded to a disabled vehicle on Horseshoe Drive, Orient.
