Melodee Kay Cuevas, 62, of Circleville, passed away on Feb. 8, 2016.
She was born on Oct. 17, 1953, in Circleville, to Kire C. and Pauline (Mumaw) Mitchell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Dwayne and Jeanine Mitchell.
Melodee is survived by son, Damon (Kiley) Mumaw; daughter, Darcy Johnson; grandchildren, Sierra Mumaw, Shawna Harper, Angel Hamm, Damon Mumaw Jr., Kyra Nungester, Devin Johnson, Ayden Ward, Tatum Hollingshead and Michael Collins; one brother, Eric Fowler; and sisters, Aurora Seaton, Jackie Dollison and Wanda Mitchell.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation has been observed.
