Todd VanBuskirk, 55, of Circleville, passed away on April 27, 2016.
He was born on April 18, 1961, in Columbus, to Gregg and Annette (Bush) VanBuskirk.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Todd is survived by his mother, Annette (Ted) Hackworth; his daughter, Erica (Bob) Tucker; granddaughter, Charlee; Erica’s mother, Twana Brooks Shade; four sisters, Kim Poff, Stephanie (Scott) Smoot, Jennifer (Brant) Waldeck and Lisa (Jamie) Agin; two brothers, Doug (Corenne) VanBuskirk and Jason (Tenley) Hackworth; and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private graveside services were held in Forest Cemetery. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
The family would like to thank his many close friends and staff of Berger Hospice. The family requests memorial contributions to the Wellman Funeral Home.
