CIRCLEVILLE – Residents are invited to participate in the Procession of the Cross beginning at noon on Good Friday at the Pickaway County Courthouse.
Sponsored by the Pickaway County Ministerial Association, the event gives a visible reminder of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross.
Participants will gather at the courthouse and make their way to Memorial Hall with a large, rough-hewn cross that will be placed there until Easter morning. Along the route, the group will pause for Scripture readings that detail various events surrounding the crucifixion of Jesus.
