Walnut names March students of the month

At Walnut Elementary School, a student from each homeroom is chosen as the Student of the Month by the staff members at Walnut. The students are recognized for improvement in grades or good grades, good attendance or improvement in attendance, character, behavior, attitude toward others/learning, good citizenship or improvement in citizenship, classroom participation, demonstrating responsibility and/or respectful to peers and teachers.

Students of the Month for March are Ava Hines, Wyatt Wille and Maddox Zealer, kindergarten; Genica Holland, Jace Schooley and Ethan Skaggs, first grade; Ensly Cleavenger, Aubrey Helser and Isabell Wheeler, second grade; Elijah Crye, Isabella Garner and Leigha McManes, third grade; Kendall Burgett, Sam Miller and Jonathon Watkins, fourth grade; and John Burriss, Rick Draudt and Harley Dudley, fifth grade.
