Bonnie Lou Burchett, 74, of Orient, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
She was born Sept. 2, 1941, in Ironton, to the late Orville and Mallissa (Mosley) Sizemore.
She attended Rock Hill High School and was a former employee of the Orient State Institution and Central Ohio Psychiatric Hospital.
Bonnie loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets, playing euchre and tending to her flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Dolly Wolfe and Denny Sizemore.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Lawrence Burchett; children, Betty (Doug) Whitson, Lawrence Burchett, Jr., Tom (Cheryl) Burchett, John (April) Burchett and Pat (Tony) Mitchell; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; siblings, Calvin (Linda) Sizemore, Ernie Sizemore, Harold (Mary) Sizemore, Bob (Jackie) Sizemore, Paul Sizemore, Phillip Sizemore, Cindy (Keith) Stevens, Sandy Sizemore, Peggy (Donnie) Hamilton and Phyllis (Ronnie) Spielman; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Darbyville Cemetery.
