The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Christopher S. Ashbrook, 32, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering and theft of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Jamie A. Carter, 33, of Nelsonville, pleaded guilty to improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Carter will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Justin M. Cox, 31, of Tarlton Road, Amanda, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to 48 months in state prison and must register as a sex offender for 25 years.

Carla E. Crabtree, 33, of Chatham Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison, a $2,972 forfeiture and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Kenneth L. Davis, 52, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with law enforcement. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.

Tommy R. Davis, 32, of Half Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to complicity to trafficking in heroin. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Jesse J. Day, 21, of Huston Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Kevin J. Elliot, 38, of Wheelersburg, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Charles E. England, 34, of Lockbay Road, Commercial Point, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and attempted tampering with evidence. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Joseph L. Greene, 43, of Charleston, West Virginia, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Matthew S. Hale, 41, of Logan, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison.

– Justin Hoffman, 29, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. The case has been set for court hearing.

– Adam D. Kemp, 31, of West Street, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), $540 in restitution and three years of community control.

– Tiffany J. Leffel, 27, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was sentenced to three years intervention and must complete six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– William E. Meade, 37, of Beaver, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentencd to 24 months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Meegan M. Miller, 38, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to assault on a peace officer and failure to comply with a law enforcement officer. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison.

Tabatha M. Munson, 37, of South Scioto Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Joseph R. Murphy (a.k.a. Joseph B. Murphy), 49, of Huston Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison.

– Amy J. Rayburn, 26, of East South Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 10 months in state prison.

– James Salter, 51, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Justin J. Santos, 23, of London Road, Orient, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Brandi M. Schlusser, 28, of Walnut Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to complicity to felonious assault, complicity to aggravated assault and two counts of obstructing justice. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Colin M. Walsh, 26, of Route 22 East, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to forgery and theft from the elderly. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Kali J. Craiglow, 20, of Pontious Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft. She was sentenced to 30 months in state prison (suspended), three years of community control and must complete six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Linsey Falkerson, 28, of West Front Street, New Holland, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 25 months in state prison.

– Michael N. Farleigh III, 26, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison.

Chad Grabill, 20, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

– Zacheriah J. Jeffers, 28, of Ragged Ridge Road, Frankfort, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 16.

– Erica E. Lowery, 25, of Plum Street, pleaded guilty to endangering children. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Chad C. Mumaw, 39, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 13 months in state prison.

– Trent J. Nungester, 37, of Knollwood Court, South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Christopher L. Sisterman, 36, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.

– James P. Smith, 37, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison.

– Kendall D. Waters, 24, an inmate at Pickaway Correctional Institution, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of items onto the grounds of a detention facility. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.

– Michael Williams, 38, of state Route 56 West, Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
