CIRCLEVILLE – A body discovered in a Huston Street home is being considered a suspicious death, according to a preliminary press release from the Circleville Police Department.
Officers were called to 214 Huston St. (Rear) about 8:43 a.m. Monday on the report of a deceased male inside.
The name of the victim has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
The cause of death “appears to be suspicious in nature,” according to the release, and the victim was transported to an unspecified medical examiner’s office for autopsy.
The incident remains under investigation by the Circleville Police Department with assistance from the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, the Pickaway County Prosecutor’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI).
