Charles Ray Kelley, 60, of Laurelville, passed away on Dec. 10, 2016.
He was born on July 12, 1956, in Springfield, to Harold and Mildred (Nungester) Kelley.
Charles served 14 years on the Adelphi Volunteer Fire Department and was an avid gardener and outdoorsman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Bob and Eugene Kelley.
Charles is survived by his children, Jamie Lynn Hill, Jennifer Lynn (Kevin) Steele and Jeremy Ray Kelley; three grandchildren, Robby Hill and Kamron and Kayley Steele; brothers, John and Rick Kelley; and by his former wife, Melvenna Gentil.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016, at Pleasant Hill Church, 15290 State Route 327, Laurelville. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
