Tracy VanHorn of Circle of Caring told Sunrise Rotary members at their Feb. 7 meeting about the Berger Health System program, which assists the frail and elderly, as well as people and their families who are living with disabilities.
Sunrise Rotary meets at 7 a.m. Tuesdays at the Watt Street Tavern, and meetings are open to the public.
