Nancy E Warner, age 99, died March 23, 2017, at Spring Hills Singing Woods Assisted Senior Living Facility in Dayton.
She was born Aug. 31, 1917.
Nancy lived in Ashville for 63 years before moving to Dayton. She attended Commercial Point United Methodist Church and Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church.
Nancy was preceded in death by husband, Charles Wilbur “Pop” Warner; mother and father, Faye T. and Blanch M. Junk; brothers, John Albert, Robert, Thomas, Harry, Ralph and Neil Junk; and sisters, Joanne Cory and Sarah Jane Cardi.
Nancy is survived by daughters, Linda Ferrari, Mary Jo (Ron) Will and Sue (Chris) Doane. Nancy is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, David (Frances) and Sam (Jackie) Junk; sister-in-law, Erma Junk; and brother-in-law, Francis Warner. She also has many nieces and nephews.
Nancy was loved by all, and she will be missed by many.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at the funeral home with Pastor Chris Heckaman officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Frankfort.
