CIRCLEVILLE – Two people have been charged in connection with several of the recent business robberies in the city.
Richard M. Allen, 40, of North Court Street, Circleville, is charged with robbery and theft for the March 21 robbery at Speedway North, the March 10 robbery at Gourmet Corner and the Feb. 23 robbery at Subway North.
Malaine L. Lambiase, 28, of Brookhaven Place, Circleville, is charged with complicity to robbery and complicity to theft in the March 21 robbery of Speedway North.
Both suspects pleaded not guilty at their arraignments Wednesday in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court.
The indictments of Allen and Lambiase begin prosecution in just three of a growing number of business robberies in the city, two of which occurred just this week. More information on the other crimes can be found here.
