The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Mitchell L. Cordell, 25, of Margaret Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to assault on a peace officer. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison.
– Bradley M. Fullen, 35, of Ringgold Southern Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Adam D. Kemp, 31, of West Street, South Bloomfield, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Joshua C. Kim, 29, of Montclair Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly and a violation of community control. He was sentenced to seven months in state prison and $150 in restitution.
– Samantha J. Layton, 32, of state Route 56 East, Mt Sterling, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Eric S. Likens, 45, of North Oak Street, Kingston, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.
– Michael L. Martin, 25, of Grove City, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle while under the influence. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Chelsea L. Nichols, of Frankfort, pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. A pretrial hearing is set for May 17.
– Brooke M. Stewart, 37, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of prohibited items into the grounds of a detention facility. She was sentenced to nine months in state prison.
– Catherine J. Young, 52, of Nicholas Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Dexter R. Carothers, 28, of Bell Station Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to grand theft of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Susan Cornwell, 50, of Shoshoni Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention and non-support of dependents. She was ordered to continue intervention and complete six months in a community-based correctional facility program.
– Jami Lee Dunford, 35, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Donald B. Elkins Sr., 81, of Cavanaugh Drive, Commercial Point, pleaded not guilty to four counts of gross sexual imposition. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Justin C. Pummell, 33, of Heigle Road, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to failure to comply, having weapons under disability, trafficking in heroin and aggravated trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to six years in state prison and a three-year driver’s license suspension.
– Devon Macioci, 19, of Pinckney Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention and theft. Intervention was continued, and he was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.
– Sean M. Rooney, 41, of East Mill Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft from a person in a protected class. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Teddy A. Speakman, 39, of Ray Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in marijuana and illegal use of a supplemental nutrition or WIC benefits. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Richard M. Allen, 40, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to three counts of robbery and three counts of theft. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Michael T. Bell, 34, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft. He was sentenced to three years in state prison.
– Jerrod R. Conner, 20, of Hayward Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to burglary, grand theft and receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Kathleen J. Courtright, 30, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to attempted tampering with evidence. She was sentenced to 14 months in state prison.
– Billy J. Greeno, 54, of Pontious Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to complete a halfway house program.
– Malaine L. Lambiase, 28, of Brookhaven Place, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to complicity to robbery and complicity to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Gary E. Lewis, 34, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to burglary and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– David L. Lycans, 46, of Pickerington, pleaded not guilty to two counts of kidnapping, one count of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– William R. Moore Jr., 45, of Washington Court House, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Mikiah S. Strome, 33, of state Route 188, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to burglary, theft and failure to comply with law enforcement. A pretrial hearing is set for May 12.
– Sheila R. Branch, 24, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to illegal conveyance of items onto the grounds of a detention facility. A pretrial hearing was held April 14.
– Travis N. Brown, 46, of Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to theft and forgery. He was sentenced to 16 months in state prison and $2,820 in restitution.
– Matthew Damron, 25, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison.
– Phillip M. Davis, 24, of South Water Street, Williamsport, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing was held April 14.
– Michelle R. Ellis, 32, of Delaware, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of prohibited items. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Mark M. Denny, 43, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison, a $1,000 fine and a forfeiture of $2,570.
– Megan E. Jenkins, 30, of Grove City, pleaded guilty to grand theft. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Robert E. Peyton, 34, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison, $1,990 in restitution and three years of community control.

– Jason W. Poling, 38, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to six months in state prison.
– Cameron M. Eby, 24, of Stoutsville Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to three years of intervention, 30 days in the county jail and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.
– Charles E. England, 34, of Lockbay Road, Commercial Point, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.
– Jason L. Marcum, 37, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was held April 14.
– Charles H. Russell Jr., 52, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.
– Kristy R. Smith, 39, of South Scioto Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
