Samuel R. Stewart, 23, of Ashville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence.
He was born on Jan. 4, 1994, in Columbus.
Sam was a graduate of Teays Valley High School, Class of 2012. He enjoyed working out and skateboarding.
He is survived by his parents, Philip (Jaime) Stewart of Lewis Center and Lisa L. Stewart of Circleville; son, Braylen Certain; sister, Madison Stewart of Circleville; brother, Adam (Sommer) Stewart of Lima; step-brothers, Chase and Tucker Polen; grandparents, Jim and Martha Smith of Circleville and Phil and Joyce Stewart of Ashville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2017, in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, with uncle Terry Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Cemetery, Circleville.
