The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Richard M. Allen, 40, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of robbery and a violation of post-release control. He was sentenced to 7.71 years in state prison.
– Jason M. Baker Sr., 47, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to aggravating trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
– Manuel R. Cunningham, 38, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
– David M. Darnell, 39, of Hedges Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to assault. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Paul E. Dillinger, 29, of Marion, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin and aggravated trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to three years in state prison and a forfeiture of $1,154.66.
– Rickelyn J. Dolby, 26, of Dixie Avenue, Mt. Sterling, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
– Gary E. Lewis, 34, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft. He was sentenced to three years in state prison.
– Christopher M. Rogers, 30, of Ashville Pike, Lockbourne, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison and a five-year driver’s license suspension.
– Matthew D. Scurlock, 35, of Dozer Road, Stoutsville, pleaded not guilty to having weapons under disability. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
– Christopher A. Salyers, 37, of Timberline Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.
– Shannon W. Schwalbauch, 42, of Stella Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and a violation of post-release control. Schwalbauch was sentenced to 41 months in state prison.
– Ernest H. Shoemaker IV, 26, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault and endangering children. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
– Teresa L. Zlater, 44, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for July 14.
