Rickey Lee Hampshire, 64, of Laurelville, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Adena Regional Medical Center.
He was the son of Orval and Betty Azbell Hampshire, who preceded him in death.
He was born June 18, 1953, in Hocking County.
Rick never knew a stranger and will be greatly missed by all his friends and neighbors.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara (Terry) Dountz; niece, Terra Shoaf; great-nieces, Skylar Todd and Brynne Shoaf; great-nephew, Preston Todd; and good friends, Rick and Sandy Smith and David and Debbie McCabe.
He lived for his holidays with the kids and loved them very much.
Private graveside services were held at Rick’s request, and he was laid to rest next to his parents at Fairview Cemetery near Logan.
