The following cases were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
January 14
– Sean D. Thomas, 25, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary and theft. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison at Orient and ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution.
– Ralph A. Stevens II, 39, of U.S. Highway 62, Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to felony failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient and a five-year driver’s license suspension.
– Jonathan M. Lewis, 27, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Clinton T. Beach, 30, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to having weapons while under disability. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.
– Lori A. Hall, 51, of Lancaster Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to nine months in state prison at Marysville.
– Mary E. Johnson, 30, of Arapaho Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Marysville.
– Virgil H. Keaton Jr., 34, of Crites Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and ordered to pay $110.73 in restitution.
– Tyler L. Lowery, 18, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Dustin Case, 33, of St. Rt. 207, Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Joshua D. Kinnaman, 36, of Crites Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft and breaking and entering. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Robert E. Brown, 46, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony driving under the influence. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 13.
– Wesley Holbrook, 37, of Urbana, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve 30 days in the county jail and three years of community control.
– Matthew T. Jennings, 25, of Grove City, pleaded guilty to theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Ty A. Ash, 43, of Hayesville Road, Kingston, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of illegal manufacture of drugs. He was sentenced to three years in state prison at Orient and a one-year driver’s license suspension.
January 21
– Brian S. Stonerock, 37, of Kingston-Adelphi Road, Kingston, pleaded guilty to assault on a peace officer. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Amanda L. Crosby, 29, of Pickaway Street, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 13.
– Joseph A. Lemaster, 41, of Town Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Linsey L. Fulkerson, 26, of West Front Street, New Holland, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Robert L. Hill Jr., 42, of South Washington Street, Williamsport, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 13.
– Timothy Karshner, 37, of Highland Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to nonsupport of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 13.
– David L. Perkins, 30, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 13.
– Jill L. Crabbe, 36, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– John Ragland, 51, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Leonard R. Anderson III, 35, of East Clinton Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to felony driving under the influence. A pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 13.
