The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Carey E. Gilpen Jr., 44, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Julia A. Boyer, 45, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Cassandra N. Young, 35, of Five Points Pike, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Rhonda L. Hardman, 42, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Gary T. Bigham III, 27, of Sisk Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Ashlee Burroughs, 24, of Five Points Pike, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to a violation of intervention. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Donald E. Cassady, 44, of Matville Road, Orient, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Jacob C. Conner, 22, of Hayward Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Serena M. Embrey, 35, of Duvall Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Kimberly R. Fannin, 31, of Egypt Pike, Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Chao M. Jolly, 23, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Elisa K. Leasure, 41, of state Route 104, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine, two counts of trafficking in heroin and trafficking in drugs. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Nicole L. Leasure, 40, of West Water Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Ronald J. Lester, 36, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to four years in state prison at Orient.
– Tyler L. Lowery, 18, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient and a one year driver’s license suspension.
– Cody S. McKibben, 24, of Commercial Point Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Rusti N. Neff, 28, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Darrell Poare, 25, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to a violation of intervention. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and completion of the STAR reoffender program.
– Jacob R. Savage, 24, of Grove City, pleaded not guilty to theft and burglary. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.
– Terra N. Smith, 39, of Middlefork Road, Laurelville, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents and possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Anesha R. Swift, 26, of Maple Street, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to 16 years in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
