Timothy L. Blair, 50, of Williamsport, died Aug. 1, 2015, at Berger Hospital emergency room.
He was born on May 27, 1965, in Columbus, the son of Lacy and Rosa (Hern) Blair.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Jessie Blair; sisters, Delores and Lacymarie Blair; and nephew, Dillion Blair.
He is survived by his mother; wife, Linda (McDonald) Blair; daughter, Jonie (Michael) Lochbaum; son, Jeremy Blair; step-son, Joseph Berrigan; grandchildren, Aleena, Natalie and Tyler; brothers, Mark (Misty) and Lawrence (Ann) Blair; and sisters, Rosie Blair (Ron), Arlene (Paul) Pennington, Alice (Steve) Hashman and Donna Blair (Jimmy).
Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Muhlenberg Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
