The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– David A. Days, 54, of Piketon, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for Nov. 13.
– Serena M. Embry, 35, of Duvall Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He was sentenced to three years of intervention and 30 days in the county jail.
– Dustin A. Fausnaugh, 26, of Westfall Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to 21 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Bryan S. Greeno, 31, of Half Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.
– Joshua V. Hastings, 31, of Grove City, pleaded not guilty to three counts of non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Nov. 13.
– Nicole L. Leasure, 40, of West Water Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Cody S. McKibben, 24, of Commercial Point Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison (suspended), a six-month driver’s license suspension and five years of community control.
– Tracy A. Metcalfe, 41, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Rusti N. Neff, 28, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and 30 days in the county jail.
– Kyle Nuchols, 24, of Pinckney Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and completion of a halfway house program.
– David Porter, 55, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Baher B. Soliman, 54, of Reynoldsburg, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and $4,000 in restitution.
