Police Reports Highlight Various Incidents Across Chillicothe

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – A series of incidents unfolded across Chillicothe on July 23rd, 2024, as documented in police reports detailing a range of offenses and responses by local law enforcement.

At approximately 12:13 AM, officers responded to a report of assault at 300 N Plaza Blvd, Fairfield Inn & Suites. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Shortly after, at 12:53 AM, a citation was issued for a red light violation on E Main St.

Further incidents included a report of an unruly juvenile at 209 Scioto Ave at 1:14 AM, followed by a warrant-related dispatch to 28 N Paint St at 1:16 AM.

Around 1:37 AM, officers were dispatched to 760 N Bridge St, BP Oil Company, for a domestic incident involving disorderly conduct.

Later in the day, various traffic violations were addressed, including citations for speeding and red light violations at locations such as E 8th St, W Water St, Orange St, and others throughout the city.

Non-criminal incidents also required attention, such as a theft complaint handled via telephone and personal identifiers collected at Floyd’s on E 2nd St.
