Circleville, OH—Lilly Moyer, a 17-year-old student from New Hope Christian Academy, has submitted her entry to be considered for the title of Miss Pumpkin Show. As part of the application process for the Pumpkin Show Commemorative Edition Book, contestants are asked to share insights about their school and community involvement, hobbies, and aspirations.
Lilly is an active participant in her school’s extracurricular activities, serving as a varsity cheerleader and a varsity tennis player. She also contributes to the worship team and plays collegiate hand bells. Her dedication extends beyond school, as she is an enthusiastic member of her youth group at Hallsville Community Church. Additionally, Lilly has been involved with 4-H for six years and currently serves as a third-year member of the Jr. Fair Board.
In her application, Lilly highlighted her unique hobbies, which include raising exotic ducks and caring for aquatic life and reptiles. She enjoys nurturing baby fish and baby corn snakes, as well as exploring various artistic styles. Lilly also cherishes her time with her beloved cat, Midnight.
When asked what it means to be selected as a representative of her school, Lilly expressed pride in being chosen by her peers. She believes this opportunity would allow her to embody the spirit of her community.
“I want to become Miss Pumpkin Show to inspire others and to serve as a positive role model for my peers,” she stated.
