Raymond “Ray” F. Waits, age 80 of Grove City, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his residence. Ray retired from Conrail after 42 years of service. He was a member of Amazing Grace Christian Church, Grove City Masonic Lodge #689, and a US Army Veteran and was a coach with the GCKA for many years. Preceded in death by his parents Francis and Alta Waits, grandsons Brandon and Josh; brother Terry Waits. Survivors include his wife Barbara Waits; children Lisa (Bob) Kent, Greg (Kim) Waits and Cheryl (Randy) Worthington; grandchildren Travis, Christopher, David, Tyler, Kaleigh, Brock, Jennifer, Andrea and Annie; numerous great grandchildren and sister Shirley Burdette.
