CIRCLEVILLE, OH – Judge P. Randall Knece presided over recent cases in the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas, resulting in the following dispositions:
- Samantha H. Howard, 39, of 14956 Millport St., South Bloomfield, OH, was found guilty of violating her community control terms. Judge Knece extended her community control by an additional two years and mandated her participation in PARS treatment.
- Scott Allan Morgan, 48, of 107 Elm St., Celina, OH, was found guilty of the illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility. Judge Knece sentenced Morgan to 12 months in prison.
All pretrial hearings are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. in the Court of Common Pleas. Courthouse is closed tomorrow for Juneteenth
