Ross County — Representatives of local health concerns gathered with the commissioners to receive a proclamation on “Red Ribbon Week.” I interviewed one of the participants, and the Ross County Health District shared a photo from the gathering. From their email:
On Monday, October 28th Ross County Commissioners declared October 23-31 as Red Ribbon Week by proclamation.
Red Ribbon Week is celebrated across the nation each year to raise awareness for drug prevention activities and encourage commitment of drug-free lifestyles.
