Richard “Dick” Crist, 80, of Circleville, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on September 30th, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 7, 1937 in Lancaster to Ray and Ruth (Mason) Crist. Dick was a hard working and loving Dad, Foster-Parent, Grandad and Uncle. He was a faithful member of the Church of Christ for over 50 years and retired from DuPont after 30 years. He was a skilled carpenter and loved making many crafts-pieces for family and others. From building homes to small crafts, there’s nothing he couldn’t make. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, canning and working on small engines. He will be remembered fondly for his beautiful smile, sense of humor and his generous spirit.
- Advertisement -In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Judy (Willison) and by his second wife Mary (Patterson) Crist and by 2 brothers. He is survived by his daughters, Terri (Jeff) Smith and Kimberly (Bobby Warren) Crist-Davila, his grandchildren Brittani Parker, Joseph (Meagan) Ackley and Brant Warren, and 3 great-grandchildren, Reagan, Caiden and Grant, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the North Court Church of Christ with burial to follow in Floral Hills Cemetery.
