Ross County, Ohio — A motor vehicle accident involving a car and a lawn mower occurred on August 17, 2024, at approximately 1:30 p.m. on State Route 41 near Bainbridge.
According to Sgt. Champion, who responded to the scene, the incident took place at 7800 SR-41. A car traveling north on SR-41 collided with a lawn mower that had entered the roadway from a private drive without yielding. The car attempted to avoid the mower, but the front right corner of the vehicle struck the front left corner of the mower.
The driver of the lawn mower was thrown from the vehicle and sustained injuries. Emergency Medical Services transported the injured individual to a local hospital for treatment. The accident remains under investigation.
