ROSS – A Circleville man could face up to 8 years in prison after he was caught in Ross County
David A. Jones, 38 from Circleville is facing indictment from Ross County Grand Jury after being caught in Ross County with weapons. According to the Ross County Sheriff’s Department Jones was caught with stolen property on July 20th, and was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of having weapons under disability due to his felon status.
His charges were moved up to indictment this week, these charges could end in around 8 years in prison. Currently Jones is being held in Ross County Jail
