Chillicothe — The Ross County Grand Jury returned all 18 of their cases Friday, November 17th, 2023, with four open for release to the public. In one of the cases, from testimony in the the grand jury according to the Ross County Prosecutor’s Office:

On September 10th, Chillicothe Police officers and detectives executed a search warrant at 522 East Second Street. They made contact with several subjects, including 42-year-old Aaron D. Price of that address.

He was found in a downstairs bedroom with several drug paraphernalia items, suspected drugs, $495 in cash, and a loaded .22 caliber revolver.

Price had a prior felony conviction out of Pickaway County for aggravated third-degree felony possession of drugs, which put him under disability to have a weapon.

The revolver was functional, so for indictments on third-degree felony having a weapon under disability, Price could get up to three years and $10,000 in fines.

Additional charges may be pending drug test results.
