The Ross County Health District is hitting the road this summer to bring essential public health resources directly to the community through their Back-to-School Summer Clinic Blitz. The initiative includes five clinic dates spread across various locations in Ross County to ensure that students are prepared for the upcoming school year.
Here are the dates and locations for the clinic blitz:
- Thursday, July 18: The Village Green Park, Bainbridge, OH 45612
- Thursday, July 25: Adelphi United Methodist Church, 11879 Main Street, Adelphi, OH 43101
- Thursday, August 1: Gravel lot across from the library, Richmond Dale, OH 45673
- Thursday, August 15: The Village Green Park, Bainbridge, OH 45612
- Friday, August 16: Adelphi United Methodist Church, 11879 Main Street, Adelphi, OH 43101
At these clinics, the Ross County Health District will offer a variety of services including:
- Back-to-school immunizations
- Community Health Worker services
- Health resources
- COVID-19 screenings* and more
Parents and guardians are encouraged to take advantage of these services to meet the immunization needs of kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade students. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also contact the office at 740-775-1146 for more information.
“We are excited to bring our public health resources directly to the residents of Ross County through these convenient clinic locations,” said a spokesperson for the Ross County Health District. “Our goal is to ensure that every student is ready for the school year with the necessary immunizations and health resources.”
*For those who are feeling unwell, the district requests that you remain in your car for screening. The clinics provide screenings only; for treatment, please contact your primary care provider or visit urgent care.
