Ross County – The humane society is looking for two people who left a dog abandoned at the shelter.
According to the shelter a dog was left in a fenced-in area after hours last night. It is illegal and dangerous to leave a dog in this way.
“We were not aware the dog was back there and released a dog from the back of the building to use the bathroom this morning. Both dogs could have been seriously hurt. Please help us help you in the proper way by following the laws and rules,” said the shelter
