Ross County – A man was arrested for child sex crimes yesterday in Chillicothe
According to the Chillicothe police department 38-year-old Timothy Cline was wanted for one count of pandering sexual-oriented matter involving a minor and eleven counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
During patrol Officers found Cline pushing a shopping cart next to the Speedway Gas station on North Bridge street. When he was stopped identified and taken into custody.
As Mr. Cline was about to checked with the body scanner at the Ross County Jail, Mr. Cline reached toward his buttocks area and said a black man had threatened him and made him hold onto something. Mr. Cline then produced a clear plastic bag, which he handed over to me. I noted the bag contained a small amount of crystalline substance.
