The Ross County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 22-year-old Nycholas Hutchinson, who was wanted in connection with a shooting early this morning at the Hard Tail Bar on Eastern Avenue in Chillicothe. Hutchinson now faces multiple charges, including illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor-permit premises, carrying a concealed weapon, negligent assault, and using a weapon while intoxicated.
Hutchinson, who is approximately 5’8″ tall and weighs around 160 lbs, fled the scene following the shooting. Authorities have since apprehended him, and he is currently in custody.
